LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

You have to be at least 16 years old, finish driver education, driver training in the car, have your permit at least six months, make an appointment at the DMV and borrow a car to use for the test that's insured and registered.  You will need to pass the road test within three attempts (If you fail the first driving test you will have to pay $6.00 for a second or third attempt and wait two weeks before you can be tested again).

Papers to take to the DMV:

1. Golden Certificate - OL 238 (Behind-the-wheel).
2. Permit.
3. Permit page for additional practice (50 hours) signed by one of your parents.
3. Car Insurance.
4. Car Registration.
